C Tech will award five grants of one year of our Premier Customer Program unlimited organizational subscription of our flagship MVS software (list price $25,000) to university and non-profit organizations who submit proposals detailing how they will employ our software in support of projects to aid victims of Katrina and/or environmental or water resource issues related to Katrina.
