C Tech is pleased to provide a demo version at no cost for you to evaluate. The demo version has hundreds of sample applications that you can open, experiment with all the parameters, and see the full range of the software’s capabilities. You will have full access to the help documentation and training videos as well. The limitation of the demo version is that you can’t change any of the datasets or write any of your own outputs. College professors may use the demo version for lectures. Here are the steps to get EVS downloaded and installed, and instructions for getting started.
1) Click on this link to get to the C Tech Downloads page (you may want to open it in a new browser window so you can keep this page open for reference while going through the steps below):
2) The Demo version download will install the C Tech License Manager so that you do not have to download it separately. You will need to configure it with your Name, Organization, and email. To run the license manager, open your Windows Apps list, expand the C Tech License Manager folder, and click on the app shown by the second arrow below:
3) Select the following options on the License Manager. Enter your Name, Organization and email address correctly, as this will be needed to receive technical support in the future. Select “OK”. 
Select your desired setting below, then enter “OK”.
4) To access the sample applications, launch EVS, click “Open an existing application”, then on the next window select “Sample Projects”. Select any desired model category folder and click on the desired model picture on the right to launch the application.
